HAhaha like Cary Elwes in RHMIT with the "Praying Mantis" his eye just fixed straingt ahead....ok I'm on dangerous ground, I'm O/T GAHHH NOOO
*Is murdered by Peep*
P.S can Leggoe EVER look not femaleish.
I also love the bit where Aragorn rushes forward in Helm's Deep with his sword above his shoulder when he os on the ground about to attack Urak-Hai. It is the same pose he adopts in RotK at the black gate where he rushes forward shortly after "For Frodo".
That reminds me of a bit which makes me laugh, when he says "For Frodo" although it makes me cry it is so funny the way he rushes forward and there is a beat before anyone else move forward at all, it's like "oh just me then!"

Lol! I noticed that too. But it's ever so touching that Merry and Pippin are the first ones to follow him. They don't care about anyone else; they're fighting for Frodo. And then they get overtaken by all the big people... Leggie doesn't look femaleish all the time... I'm sure... I'll think of some manly Legolas moments and tell you about them. Oh wait, that scene in TTT when he's pulling out the knives. And the mumakil scene... ohhhh, the mumakil scene... *thud* On the other hand, he looks very pretty when getting married to Aragorn, and in that blue scene in Lorien when he turns round and says "for me the grief is still too near". And in the "you're late" scene with Aragorn he looks practically beautiful. Arrie - can't say I like Townsend, as I haven't seen any movies with him in. And also I agree he should definately not have been cast as Aragorn! But that one picture is rather fetching. In a dark, mysterious kind of way.

And scene really, where you've got moonlight on skin, Legolas looks beautiful.
Such pure complexion, such flawless skin!

Noooo Esteldil, remember where you heart lies!!!!!!
I agree there are points where he looks smouldering but I don't think there is any scene where he doesn't look slightly feminine. There is a point in TTT where he is on a horse avec Gimli outside Edoras about the line where Gandalf says "do not expect welcome here", he looks very nice there as he seems to be squinting and he looks very masculine...mm, NO THINK ARAGORN!
Aww when Merry and Pip are overtaken that is so funny, they are just swallowed in the crowd, I'm surprised they don't get trampled. The scene is touching though, they will do that for their friend...aww cuties!
I have said before but shall mention again that I think that the Legolas Mumakil scene was waaaay to Hollywood, sorry but I really don't like all the flash stuff, is that in the books, nope its just fodder for all the masses who only come to see LotR because they like a certain Orlando and then they have the cheek to call themselves "fans of LotR".
Townsend is weird looking, excpt in LXG, mmmm the I'm complicated line with no shirt....glahhhhhh! (THINK ARAGORN THINK VIGGO...GAHHH NOOO VIGGO ISS SCARY)

Mmmmmm.....bullet holes...
I cannot say I find Legolas attractive at all. Ever. Well, OK, from certain angles, but really. Given the choice who wouldn't go for a human?

Bullet holes? If you are reffering to Ned Kelly I suggest you don't as many haven't seen it and don't know what happens. *HINT*

Why on earth would I be referring to Ned Kelly? I was referring to Townsend in LXG.

My suspicions have been confirmed. I will bring tissues with me when I see Ned Kelly. Sniff. After that, I no longer have the heart to argue with you over the Elf/Man issue.

Don't worry, Tinor, I'm not gong over to the elf side. I'm still very man-loyal.
He does look ocassionally un-feminine when he does manly things like erm, give his knives to Hama. But, come on, everyone, admire the elf's skin!
