Labadal is the one legged guy who is the childhood friend of Turin. He is the one who Turin gives his knife to and stuff. As for Zamîn she was Ancalimë’s childhood companion and was an old woman. Lol Labadal is an old man and Zamin is an old woman! (that isn't a link possibility lol) Thanks. In that case, I'll link Turin with Ancalime and stick the other two on the ends. Labadal met Turin. Turin met Hurin (obviously). Hurin met Idril when in Nargothrond as a child. Idril was the mother of Earendil. After Idril left, Erendil became father of Elros, (so Idril and Elros never met). Elros is the first of a line of Kings of Numenor that eventually led to Ancalime. I won't put the "~ met ~" links in the middle because there are so many and I don't know them and they all begin with "Tar". Ancalime met Zamin.

Oooh! I just thought of one (although, not entirely sure it's possible): Link Eldacar to Sam. What's with all the difficult names? Surely you don't know these people off the top of your heads? I had to look up who Eldacar was, so I won't post my link here yet. Someone else have a go.

I only knew who Eldacar was because I was reading about the Usurper (sounds like the sound the loo plunger makes...) so it wasn't entirely off the top of my head.
Now, you see, Sam I knew because I was reading the lore-books of old and came across the name. Of course, I haven't the inkling who he is or what he was. Sounds like an Elf name though, eh?

Hahahahahahahahaha....
AHhahahahahahaa!
Ok I was giving other people a chance to post but seeing as no-one wnats to do it, I will ;D
Eldacar (there where two btw so I'll just so the King of Gondor one rather then the grandson of Isildur, if that is who you meant I can do him as well, I guess you meant him because of the who usurped bit) was the son of King Valacar of Gondor and...
Vidumavi, who was the daughter of...
Vidugavia, King of...
Rhovanion or Greenwood the great in the common tongue which was the former name fo Mirkwood, later the king of Mirkwood was...
Thranduil who was of course the father of...
Legolas, who joined the Fellowship of the Ring and met...
Samwise Gamgee, another member of the Fellowship also called...
Sam lol!
Is that alright or too vague?

Fladrif met Treebeard, Treebeard met Elrond, Elrond met Earendil. Link Nimrodel to Elros. This is a strange one; I'll be interested to see how you get past the first few links. After that it should be easy.

Ok, I'm not completely sure of this one, but thought I'd give it a go:
Nimrodel married Amroth
Amroth was the son of Amdir (Sindarin elf) (but apparently only according to some sources) But, if he was, then:
Amdir fought in the Last Alliance against Sauron so he would have met, either directly or indirectly, Elrond:
Elrond was the brother of Elros- so they met.
Howzat?

It's good. Before you post another, has anybody got any alternatives?

yay! I looked so hard for a link from Amroth considering he's barely mantioned apart from being Lord of Lorien for a bit and loving Nimrodel but then losing her (how careless). You'll have to post your link after too, I'm intrigued as to why you would be interested in the first links

Can I just ask one thing, when did Treebeard and Elrond meet? I don't remember that.
Nimrodel to Elros...
I've got it...qute easy actually lol -
Nimrodel married the Elf-Lord...
Amroth who was...
Lord of Lórien until tragically lost at sea when trying to sail into the west. After him...
Celeborn, who was married to Galadriel became the Lord of Lórien and had a daughter with Galadriel called...
Celebrían who was or course married to...
Elrond Halfelven whose only brother...
Elros decided on a mortal life unlike his brother.
There ;D

Well, not exactly. You see you have to link through actual meetings.
I was thinking this way:
The only person that we know Nimrodel met is Amroth.
But who was Amroth? In some versions he's just another King of Lórien. In others he is the son of Celeborn and Galadriel. I guess I was just curious as to which version you'd take. I'd personally like the "son of Galadriel" version, since the children of Galadriel would then both have intruiging stories connected with them.
Treebeard met Elrond right at the end of RotK, when Galadriel, Celeborn, Elrond, Legolas, Gimli and the Hobbits (and perhaps some others) returned north through Fanghorn.

The only matter with the theory that he was the son of Galadriel is that she and Celeborn only became Lorien after he went away. THat's why I originally thought that he couldn't be, anyway. I have another one, but not was short:
Nimrodel met Mithrellas who was an elf that companied her way out of Lorien
Mithrellas gave birth to Galador who was the first Lord of Dol Amroth (he supposedly named it after Amroth)
This means, through desendants, this leads to Prince Imrahil
who met Aragorn/ Elrond's sons
who met Elrond who was Elros' brother et al.
