oh yeah, and one more thing: do NOT get me started on the ents. After reading TTT again, my concern is re-ignited!

I'll certainly give it a go, though I may be falling about laughing too much to actually get agressive.

Please don't piddle yourself but I used to play creatures, me and another friend Chloe did ages ago!
About the dining hall too, yes we did do a similar thing I don't think we ever kicked it but we certainly talked about getting it demolished. We complained that it was too far and worked out ways to move it surrepticiously/have it exploded.
It seems we have far to much in common...what do we do pies that could be the same??? I can't think but we certainly have many...idiosyncracies (wow go me, wrongly spelled but meh)
Bibble is cool, our dwear words inclued -
d**nation darn poo (how mature) pants huge great hairy scrotums of doom (from gimme gimme gimme) bob it
that's about it.
If you wondered about the reoccurance of the words pie (various spellings pae, pai, pi, poi) and bob (sometimes combined with pae, bobpae for example) it is because we watch far to much of an MTV 2 minute long programme called Weeble and Bob, sometimes called Wobble and Bob. Wobble and Bob are two egges who talk, Bob is smaller than Wobble and they are both totally obsessed with pies....so welcome to our world.

There are many variations on the huge great hairy scrotums of doom. I quite like "huge great hairy scrotums of Sauron" myself, though obviously he doesn't have one.

Btw, I'm glad someone else hates the ents, I really don't think they were very well done.

I am about to explode with the similarities. I can't, really really can't believe that we all have so much in common and not *normal* things either like no. of siblings etc. but cooooool/ sad things like Creatures and dining hall demolition! I am about to faint (possibly also because am listening to newly-acquired ROTK soundtrack and it is AMAZING! Steward of Gondor with Pippin singing is making me cry ) two eggs that talk? wow, no wonder you guys like it!! Must try to catch it some time. Ugh- the Ents. They really were tooooo based on men and trees. I mean, the Ents are supposed to resemble trolls if anything. It's like they just took a man shape and face and made them tree-like. Ug...

I totally agree on the ent hating thing, I was really excited about how they were going to portray them and then....I was very disappointed to say the least.
It is quite freaky how alike some of the things are that we do. Wow, just shows, you can have links with the most unlikely of creatures imaginable..oops slipped into LotR there.

I thought Peter Jackson did as good a job as he possibly possibly possibly could have done, with the Ents. With the limitations in technology, how else could they have been done?
But I am of the opinion that they should have been left out of the film altogether, like Tom Bombadil was left out of FotR. Tom Bombadil and Treebeard are possibly two of my least-liked characters.

i presume comma is lei...i should know. but i dont well, if you think the ttt ents are bad, you should see the ents uin the cartoon [the ralph bakshi one]. imagin a piece of broccoli and a carrot involved in a very serious motoryway accident and you have treebreard. (excuse the inventive spelling) [glow=red,2,300]i have always wanted to use this buttoin, so here we go. um...ooh, yes, i realy liked the ents in the book, so i would be very sad if they went completely[/glow] realise trying to make a serious point in neon text isnt the best way but i do agree that the look a bit..odd. and while we're on the subject, i don't like the fotr troll. i mean its cute and all, but its just not what id expected. a bit more evil..thats all i ask for
